Is my business data used to train AI models?+
No. Your business stays your business. Nothing you share is used to train AI: your conversations belong to your workspace and they are not visible to other customers. Connections only read your data, apart from emails you approve and choose to save or send from your own inbox, and you can switch them off any time. No ads, no cut of your sales. One monthly fee. Does Greymill replace my accountant, solicitor or other professional advisers?+
No. Greymill gives you a whole team to think with every day: the numbers modelled, the contract read, the campaign planned, the hire prepared, the filing checklist ready, all before you speak to anyone by the hour. What Greymill produces is software output from the information you give it, so Greymill takes no instruction, owes no professional duty and files nothing unless you send it yourself. Where a matter needs a regulated professional to sign it off, Greymill says so and tells you exactly what to take to them. Customers arrive at their accountant or lawyer with the work done and the questions sharp, which is usually the cheapest hour they will ever buy.
How is the savings figure calculated?+
Two numbers, multiplied. First, how long the work would have taken you: from 2 minutes for a one-line answer up to 22 for a full document, and never more however long the answer is. Second, what that kind of work typically costs to buy in where you are. It is an estimate, and we count low on purpose, so the figure should sit below what the work would really have cost you. What happens after the 7-day trial?+
Your trial runs on the Scale plan so you see everything. If you do nothing, it simply ends. You are only charged if you choose a plan, and you can cancel any plan at any time from your account in two clicks.
