Each answer counts the time the work would take you: from 2 minutes for a one-line answer up to 22 for a full document.
Those minutes are valued at what that kind of work typically costs to pay for where you are.
However long an answer runs, it never counts for more than 22 minutes, so a wordy reply cannot pad your total. Every Monday email links to the method. See every rate.
