Who makes Greymill?
Greymill Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17144930. Greymill is built and run by its founder, Henry.
Greymill Limited is registered with the UK Information Commission's Office (ICO), registration ZC120843, and operates under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations. You can reach the company at support@greymill.ai. Security reports go to the same address with "Security" in the subject line.
What does Greymill do?
It gives a small business a team of 16 AI specialists who share one memory of it, so the owner explains the business once and then asks in their own words.
The specialists are Ask Anything, Coaching, Strategy, Cash & Profit, Loans & Funding, Contracts & Disputes, Rules & Licensing, Sales & Quotes, Marketing, Writing, Daily Operations, Staff & HR, Big Projects, Technology, Data & Analytics and Tax & Bookkeeping. Ask Anything passes each question to the specialist who owns that part of the business, and a question that spans two areas is split between them. Tell one specialist something and they all know it.
Greymill reads Xero or QuickBooks, Outlook and Google Search, and drafts emails, letters, plans and spreadsheets for the owner to check. An overnight brief lists the next deadline, the cash to watch and three tasks for the day, and tax deadlines, filing dates and renewals are raised before they are due.
How is Greymill's industry knowledge built?
Researched for each industry and written separately for the UK and the US: 2.5 million words on the rules, rates and deadlines of more than 40 industries, with each country's half over 350,000 words (As of Oct 2026).
The UK and US halves each have their own law, tax and hiring rules. Tell any specialist what you do and where, and the answer fits your business. Greymill works anywhere; the UK and the US are covered in the most depth. On Greymill's industry pages, a figure shows only when an official source backs it, with the month it was checked.
The savings figure each answer shows is an estimate at Greymill's own benchmarks for what that work costs to buy in, not a published survey, and it counts low on purpose. The method is published.
How does Greymill look after my data?
Nothing you share is used to train AI: Greymill's AI provider is used through its business API, which does not train models on what you send.
The primary database is in London, and customer data at rest stays in UK and EU jurisdictions. Connections use TLS 1.2 or higher, and stored data and backups are encrypted with AES-256. Production access is limited to a few named operators behind multi-factor sign-in. Greymill is working toward a SOC 2 Type II attestation and will publish it once it is issued.
How Greymill helps
Greymill only changes your books when you press Approve and never makes a payment, and an email goes only when you press Send. You can see, edit or delete anything the team remembers. Greymill files nothing unless you send it yourself and owes no professional duty, and where a matter needs a regulated professional to sign it off, it says so and tells you what to take to them.
Starter has 4 specialists, Growth 10 and Scale all 16. Plans start at £100 a month plus VAT in the UK, or $130 a month plus tax in the US, and every account starts with a 7-day free trial on full Scale access, with no card needed. Read how it works, pricing, security, the privacy policy and the terms of service.
