- A complete business listing with correct hours and a real phone number
- Photographs of actual work, not stock images
- Reviews that are recent, because old ones read as a business that stopped
- The same name, address and phone number everywhere you appear
Today, twenty minutes. Claim it, set your real hours, add your service area, and write what you actually do in plain words.
This week. Add ten photographs of real jobs. Not stock images. Before and after if you have them.
Every job from now. Ask for a review on the day you finish, while they are still pleased.
That is it. Nothing else on the list matters until this is done.
Want the review request wording?
One thing, not ten. That is what makes it get done.
Asking for a review works best the day the customer is happiest, which is the day you finished, not a month later.
I run a [what you do] in [where]. Walk me through making my business findable locally, in the order that matters most, and what I should do first this week.
Every lesson ends with a question to hand to a Greymill specialist, who answers with what it knows about your business.
