If they move to a cheaper plan before day 60, it is worked out on that plan; an upgrade keeps the plan they started on. Annual plans earn the same share of the monthly price. Nothing is earned on a monthly client who cancels before day 60, or on any client who is refunded before then; annual plans are paid up front, so they qualify unless refunded. Later payments and renewals earn nothing further.
